The partnership of James Markwick, who was Master of the Clockmakers' Company in 1720, and Robert Markham.
James Markwick II (b. c. 1662 - d. 1730) with his
son-in-law, Robert Markham (d. 1747).
Even after the death of the
founders the company continued in business under their name with business
partnerships associated with the Perigal family, Story, Borrell.
